It is a major concern for people around the world, especially in Somalia where 4.1 million people lack food security and need food assistance.

WASH Project

We believe that clean water is essential for sustaining life, promoting public health, and supporting economic and social development.

Resilience Project

Providing basic livelihoods is crucial to promoting social and economic development, reducing poverty, and ensuring sustainability for LLG.

Somalia's Humanitarian Crisis

Somalia faced severe drought and floods in 2023, leading to extreme humanitarian needs. Nearly 4 million people face acute food insecurity until March 2024.

Rapid Needs Assessment - Doloow

41,858 people in Doloow are flood-affected. Urgent needs: Tents, mosquito nets, blankets. 71% lack sufficient drinking water. Health services in high demand.

UN Appeal for Humanitarian Aid

The UN and Somali government launched a $1.6 billion appeal for 2024 to aid over 5 million people. Climate shocks, conflict, poverty, and disease fuel the crisis. Somalia faces droughts followed by floods.
